CORRECT WASHING CARE
Turn each garment inside out before washing. Handwashing items on their own for the first few washes, especially when new, can help reduce colour transfer.
WASH ITEMS SEPARATELY
Keep dark and light-coloured garments apart to help avoid colour bleeding.
COLD GENTLE CYCLE
Wash with a cold, delicate cycle. Cold water is less likely to make colour bleed or fade, and the delicate cycle is kinder to the fabric. Avoid warm water.
SKIP STRONG DETERGENTS
Do not use fabric softener, bleach, stain removers, or other harsh detergents.
AIR DRY PIECES
Hang dry your items outside away from direct sun and avoid using dryers.
COLOUR LONGEVITY MAY VARY
Some colours can fade sooner than others, depending on the specific characteristics of the fabric and dye used.
A helpful tip for preserving colour longevity: add a tablespoon of salt to your wash cycle.
The chloride in the salt helps seal in colour, keeping your items vibrant for longer.
SEAMLESS FABRIC CARE
Seamless fabric is delicate—handle it carefully to maintain durability and longevity.
- When putting on seamless shorts/leggings, treat them like you are putting on stockings. Avoid long nails that could pierce or snag the fabric. Be gentle when adjusting the fabric, and do not pull on it roughly.
- Before squatting into the shorts, make sure you have carefully pulled them up into place first.
- Avoid sitting on or brushing against rough surfaces such as velcro or concrete, which can cause damage to the fabric.
- Make sure you have the correct size. We recommend sizing up in all recoil and core scrunch leggings and shorts if you are between sizes. Scrunch bum leggings or shorts that are too small will inevitably tear either in the scrunch or the leg seam.
Due to the fabric and dyeing process, seamless items naturally fade faster than non-seamless pieces. Your seamless shorts may fade more quickly than matching non-seamless sports bras.
