Shipping Policy
All express services need a signature, and NO PO BOXES can be supplied.
For international shipments, KEEPTHATPUMP is not responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or tariffs charged by your country. These costs are set by your local customs office and must be paid when the parcel arrives. We suggest reviewing your country’s customs rules for any extra details about possible fees.
KEEPTHATPUMP is not liable for theft or misplacement once delivery is complete. We recommend using a parcel locker if your address is not secure for postal deliveries.
If your parcel has gone missing in transit, please open a case with Australia Post and email us at keepthatpumpshapewear@gmail.com with your case number.
