RETURN POLICY

KEEPTHATPUMP provides a 30-day returns period from the delivery date. Eligible products can be returned within 30 days after delivery if you have changed your mind, need another size, or no longer want to keep the item.

Approved returns are handled as store credit or an exchange. Refunds apply only when there is a genuine manufacturing fault, or where required under relevant consumer protection laws.

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, returned items must satisfy these requirements:

1. Unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

2. Not stretched from choosing an incorrect size, causing seams to fray or tear.

3. Free from fake tan or makeup marks.

4. Final Sale items may only be exchanged for another size.

Please be aware that online purchases and in-store purchases cannot be processed interchangeably for replacements, returns, or exchanges.

STANDARD RETURN RESOLUTION
Eligible returns are issued as store credit. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for our team to complete a brief inspection and issue the credit. Any applicable handling charge will be shown in the Returns Portal before submitting the return and will be deducted from the total store credit provided. Store credit remains valid for 12 months.

EXCHANGES
A one-time exchange is available for size and/or colour. KEEPTHATPUMP is not responsible for shipping costs connected with the exchange. Please check our Size Charts before ordering to help ensure the most suitable fit.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Each item is carefully quality checked before shipment. If you receive an item with a fault, please contact keepthatpumpshapewear@gmail.com and include photos or a short video clearly showing the issue as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the fault.

REFUNDS
Refunds are available only when a product is verified as having a genuine manufacturing fault, or where required under applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, sizing concerns, personal preference, dissatisfaction with the style, colour, fit, feel, or overall quality of the item where no manufacturing fault exists.

Examples of genuine manufacturing faults include:
⦁    Faulty stitching or seams coming apart on arrival
⦁    Broken zippers
⦁    Fabric faults such as holes, runs, tears, laddering, or major pilling on arrival
⦁    Uneven or warped fabric weave that affects wearability
⦁    Missing components or an incorrect item sent
⦁    Incorrect item received

Refunds will not be provided for:
⦁    Normal wear and tear from use
⦁    Choosing the wrong size
⦁    Damage caused by purchasing or wearing an unsuitable size
⦁    Damage caused by misuse, poor handling, or incorrect product care
⦁    Incorrect product care or neglect
⦁    Change of mind
⦁    Items worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
⦁    Personal preference or dissatisfaction with the style, colour, fit, feel, or overall quality of the item where no manufacturing fault exists

If approved, your refund will be returned to your original payment method. This can take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s processing time.

KEEPTHATPUMP may investigate and review claims where misuse, abuse, suspicious activity, or repeated claims are identified.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
KEEPTHATPUMP does not pay return shipping costs for international orders. Please organise your return with a trusted courier that offers tracking and send the item(s) to this address:

FINAL SALE
Items marked with a ‘Final Sale’ badge are final sale and may only be exchanged for a different size.


ON-SITE EVENT PURCHASES
All Warehouse Sale purchases are final sale and may only be exchanged for a different size.

Purchases made at Expos are eligible for returns and online exchanges, with customers responsible for covering both return and exchange shipping costs.


CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or changes any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
